At RICK RACK Textiles, we want you to love your creative supplies, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original, uncut condition. Please note that cut-to-length fabrics and patterns are final sale to ensure the highest quality for all our makers.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unused, in original packaging, and were purchased within the last 30 days; please note that cut fabric and sale items are non-returnable.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief description of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, including a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
